Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains what you purchase when using HiringEasy, when access is granted, and how digital services are delivered. HiringEasy is operated by Shapsoftech.
Summary: HiringEasy delivers digital services (resume files and analysis reports) instantly upon payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped. All services are fulfilled electronically.
1. What You Purchase
HiringEasy offers the following purchasable digital services:

2. When Access Is Granted
- One-time purchases: Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider (Razorpay or Stripe). There is no manual processing delay.
- Subscription plans: Subscription access is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation. The subscription period begins on the date of purchase.
- Payment failures: If a payment is declined or fails, no service is delivered and no charge is made.
3. How Digital Services Are Delivered
- Resume downloads (PDF/DOCX): A secure, time-limited download link is generated immediately after payment confirmation and presented within the app. The link expires 1 hour from generation. If you miss the window, contact support and we will assist you.
- ATS Analysis Report: The report is generated and displayed directly within the app immediately after payment confirmation. You can also view your full ATS check history in the in-app dashboard under "My ATS Checks History".
- Subscription access: Subscription features (unlimited downloads, advanced analysis) become available within the app immediately upon activation.
- Invoices and Receipts: A receipt/invoice PDF is available for download from the payment confirmation screen and from your in-app billing dashboard.
4. Delivery Failures
If you do not receive your purchased service after a confirmed payment, this may be due to:
- A temporary technical issue on our platform.
- A browser pop-up blocker preventing the download window from opening.
- A slow or interrupted internet connection at the time of delivery.
In any of these cases, contact us at support@hiringeasy.co.in with your invoice ID. We will verify your payment and re-issue the service or provide a refund where applicable.
5. Refunds
If you have paid but the service was not delivered due to a verified failure on our platform, you are eligible for a refund. Please see our Refund Policy for the full eligibility criteria and request process.
6. No Physical Goods
HiringEasy does not ship any physical goods. All purchases are for digital services delivered electronically through the HiringEasy platform.
